Meeting the royal representative
You need to go to Magnolia Blossom Park, a very large lot located in the center of Willow Creek, just north of community lots such as the Willow Creek Archives and the Municipal Muses Museum. If you've placed another lot in place of this park, it's best to restore the original park or attempt this mission in another save to avoid progression bugs.
Once you've arrived, you need to find out if the representative is already there. If not, you'll need to give her a call. To do this, click on the Sim and choose the "Call envoy to current lot" option.
Winning a chess match against the royal representative
