Accessing the Barber

To begin, you must first go to the barber, Eric, who is located at the Greymanes. To unlock Eric, you need to complete the quest called "A Rumor at the Inksworth Bindery". Once this is done, he moves into the camp and his shop is easy to spot since it's next to the general store.
