Pokémon Pokopia Surveillance Cameras: How to Get and Use Them

Players of Pokémon Pokopia engage in the exciting exercise of restoring various habitats for as many Pokémon as possible. Among the valuable tools made available to you is the surveillance camera, which allows you to manage habitats and monitor Pokémon.

How to Get Surveillance Cameras

Cameras can be purchased at the shop accessible via your PC. Each camera costs 100 Poké Life coins, the game's exchange currency. Be sure to buy several so you can monitor multiple areas of your habitat. Once you have your cameras in hand, all you need to do is install them and use them to observe your Pokémon.

Installing and Using Surveillance Cameras

Choose a specific spot in your habitat where you want to monitor any Pokémon activity. Position the camera near that spot, making sure that, in terms of field of view, the camera is able to capture the activity.

Once the camera is installed, you can adjust its viewing angle to get the best possible view. Open your Pokédex menu, select the Camera app, then the Surveillance Cameras tab to access the live feed. Adjust your camera's angle and zoom in to better make out the Pokémon. Take photos of the Pokémon you're targeting to complete your Pokédex!

Notifications and Alerts

Surveillance cameras can also inform you of interesting events: if a Pokémon enters the monitored area, you'll be notified. Likewise, you'll be informed when an event occurs or when two Pokémon interact.
