Palia: Path of the Great Sage & Queen Ushindi Home Line
In brief
The Path of the Great Sage, rolled out with Palia's 0.206 update, is the biggest Moon Path ever released by Singularity 6, with 40 levels of rewards. It's the only source of the Queen Ushindi house range (21 modules), and costs 1,975 Palia Coins in the Premium version, while the free version remains accessible to everyone.
The 0.206 "Fall's Faire: Petals & Portraits" update for Palia, rolled out on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, contains something its announcement didn't highlight: the new Moonlight Path, the Path of the Great Sage, is the largest ever released by Singularity 6.
The studio says so itself: "With 40 levels of rewards, it's one of our biggest Moonlight Paths to date!" And it doesn't just extend the list: it is the only source of the game's new house set.
The price, and what the free path still gives
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Number of levels | 40 |
| Premium upgrade | 1,975 Palia Coins |
| Free path | Remains free — "so that everyone can take part in the journey" |
The wording used by the studio is consistent from one Moonlight Path to the next, and it deserves to be read literally: the free path exists and gives rewards, but the breakdown between free and Premium isn't detailed in the patch notes. What is certain, however, is what the path contains overall.
The 29 listed rewards, by family
Singularity 6 lists twenty-nine, then adds "And more!" — so the list isn't exhaustive. Here it is sorted, which the announcement doesn't do:
What exists nowhere else
- All the recipes from Queen Ushindi's house set — see below;
- Great Sage Dye, Great Sage Title, Sage's Crown Profile Icon.
Outfits and accessories
- Monkey Onesie, Monkey Adventurer Onesie;
- Travelers' Graphic Tee and Pants;
- Monkey King Crown;
- Wukong Mask, Pigsy Mask, Sandy Mask;
- Monkey Snout, Cheek Scales, and Tusks makeup.
Tool skins — the most useful family day to day
- Monkey King Staff;
- Dragon Prince Bow;
- Pigsy's Hoe;
- Sanzang's Watering Can;
- Sandy's Fishing Rod.
This is the most visible family in-game: the hoe and watering can come out with every Gardening session, the bow with every Hunting outing, the rod with every Fishing trip. A player who won't finish the path would do well to spot at which tiers these five drop.
Decoration and miscellaneous
- Sun Wukong Plushie, Large Wukong Plushie, Giant Wukong Plushie, Rainbow Wukong Plushie — four sizes of the same design;
- Sandy's Float;
- Nimbus Cloud Mailbox;
- Sandy, Sanzang, Pigsy, and Sun Wukong stickers.

Queen Ushindi's set: 21 pieces, one single source
This is the real stake of this path. The Queen Ushindi house range is described as inspired by Queen Ushindi of Akwinduu and by human Victorian architecture. According to the notes, it brings "elegant modules such as patios, balusters, awnings, dormers and much more".
Like the previous ranges — the Alchemist's Cottage and the Estate —, it is fully compatible with existing modules: nothing stops you from mixing them.
The module table published by Singularity 6 fits in a single acquisition column, repeated twenty-one times: "Recipe obtained via the Moonlit Path 'Path of the Great Sage'". There is therefore no other way to obtain a single one of these items.
| Category | Modules |
|---|---|
| Building body | Queen Ushindi House, Queen Ushindi Turret, Queen Ushindi Mini Turret, Queen Ushindi Dormer, Queen Ushindi Gable |
| Roofing | Queen Ushindi Roof Trim, Queen Ushindi Roof Edge, Queen Ushindi Roof Corner, Queen Ushindi Overhang, Queen Ushindi Awning |
| Decks and railings | Queen Ushindi Patio, Queen Ushindi Fancy Patio, Queen Ushindi Balustrade, Queen Ushindi Baluster, Queen Ushindi Column, Queen Ushindi Tiered Post |
| Access | Queen Ushindi Door, Queen Ushindi Stoop, Queen Ushindi Staircase, Queen Ushindi Left Stair, Queen Ushindi Right Stair |
These twenty-one names are given in English in Singularity 6's French notes — the studio translates the text of its announcements, but leaves item labels as they are. We are copying them exactly rather than inventing a translation that the client won't display.
The detail that decides the build order
Only five modules handle stairs and entrances: Door, Stoop, Staircase, Left Stair and Right Stair. The last two are left and right half-flights: they only matter together, for a symmetrical porch. If you're planning a Victorian facade with a double staircase, you'll need both recipes — and therefore reach whichever of the two milestones comes later.
Conversely, Queen Ushindi House and Queen Ushindi Turret are enough to put up a recognizable silhouette. That's the bare minimum for anyone who doesn't want to run the entire path.
What the Path of the Great Sage is not
Two mix-ups have been circulating since the release of 0.206, and the notes settle them:
- It has nothing to do with the Civic Project: Docks. The Civic Project's rewards do appear in the Moonlit Paths tab, but it is an independent project that doesn't need to be activated. The two progressions don't feed into each other.
- It does not contain the Valhäst. The new mount and breeding companion is among the rewards of the Civic Project XP, not the Moonlit Path.
Key takeaways
- 40 levels, the largest Moonlit Path to date; 1,975 Palia Coins for the Premium upgrade, with the free path remaining free.
- 29 listed rewards and "more still", including five tool appearances covering four skills.
- The 21 modules of the Queen Ushindi range can only be obtained here — and their names were kept in English in the French notes.
- The Valhäst, meanwhile, comes from the Civic Project, not the path.
