Black Ops 7 Season 5: all weapons (and attachments) and how to unlock them

Season 5 of Black Ops 7 brings six new weapons and six weekly attachments to the table. Some are obtained via the Battle Pass, others require grinding challenges or digging through the Mystery Box in Zombies mode. Here's everything you need to know, in order.

The four launch weapons of the season

Four weapons are available right from the start of Season 5, outside of Zombies mode. Two come through the Battle Pass, one through a limited-time event, and the last through weekly challenges.

FG42 (Assault Rifle) - Final reward of Page 3 of the Battle Pass. Progress through the pass, reach the last slot on this page, and the weapon is yours. Nothing more complicated than that.

Gremlin SMGs (Dual-Wield) - Same logic, but on Page 6 of the Battle Pass. The pair unlocks all at once once the last reward on this page is obtained.

Mammoth (LMG) - This one doesn't go through the Battle Pass. You need to complete the Machine of War event. Finish the event in its entirety and the Mammoth drops automatically.

Mace (Melee Weapon) - Obtained by completing 6 Week 2 challenges. No shortcuts: all six, not five.

The two Legacy weapons exclusive to Zombies

These two come from Black Ops 6 and are reserved for Zombies mode. There's no farming them in multiplayer or battle royale.

• Olympia (Shotgun) - Ultra-rare weapon, only available in the Mystery Box in Zombies. It's pure RNG. Pray when you open the box!
• TR2 (Marksman) - Same method: Mystery Box in Zombies, ultra-rarity. Same RNG, same patience required.

Note

These weapons can't be obtained anywhere else. If you're not a regular in Zombies mode, now's the time to start.

The six weekly attachments

Over the course of the season, six attachments unlock each week by completing 6 weekly challenges. Challenges drop every Thursday at 6 PM Paris time. Note: if you miss a week, the corresponding attachment will be recoverable in the Armory once the season ends - but it's better not to let the backlog pile up.

No attachment corresponds to Week 2 in this table - Week 2 is already taken up by the Mace.

What happens after Season 5

Good news if you're feeling lazy right now: at the end of the season, all unlocked weapons and attachments will move into the Armory. You'll be able to recover them later, likely through challenges or weapon XP. But the exact conditions of the Armory aren't specified for this season - better to grind everything while it's still live rather than count on it. But it's your call!
