Wuthering Waves 3.5: the Suisui banner arrives, here's the update rundown

Phase 2 of Wuthering Waves 3.5 will open on July 30, 2026 with the arrival of Suisui on her dedicated banner. This is the big addition of this second half of the version, and Kuro Games is clearly banking on this character to revive interest after phase 1.

What actually changes

For the average player, the main point is simple: a new character to aim for, with a banner that will run until August 19, 2026. Three weeks to save up, pull, or skip. The banner also features Aemeath (Fusion-Sword) as the rotating featured 5-star, along with the 4-stars Baizhi, Mortefi, and Lumi to round out the team.

For the competitive player, the real question remains Suisui's placement in the current meta. With no community feedback available at the time of this article, it's hard to say for sure - keep an eye on the first benchmarks as soon as the banner opens. Tier lists should update quickly.

Fixed bugs and reception

No notable fixes have been specifically announced for phase 2 from the source. The 3.5 update as a whole had already brought its bug fixes during phase 1.
