Wumpo Palworld 1.0: where to find it and how to breed it
In brief
Wumpo is a large, versatile Ice creature, perfect for your base thanks to its varied work skills and its ability to boost other Pals' Transport. Find it in Astral Mountains, at coordinates -287, 473, or breed it by combining the right Pal pairs.
Palworld is packed with Pals of every kind, and some of them are truly worth the detour. Wumpo is one of them: this imposing Ice-type creature is a gem for your base. It stacks up work suitabilities - Cooling Lv 5, Transporting Lv 6, Lumbering Lv 5, and Handiwork Lv 3 - and, as the icing on the cake, it boosts the Transporting level of your other Pals thanks to its partner skill, Guardian of the Snowy Mountains. Here's how to get your hands on this hard worker.
Where to find Wumpo
Wumpo loves the cold, so you'll need to climb up to the Astral Mountains, at the far north of the map. They're often spotted around coordinates (-287, 473).

You can go on foot, but climbing several mountains is tedious: a flying mount will make your life much easier. Whatever your means of transport, bundle up: the area is freezing cold. Bring a cold-resistant outfit in your inventory, as well as a torch. Better yet, summon a Fire-type Pal and let it walk alongside you: it will keep you warm continuously.
Another benefit of the Fire Pal: it will be formidable against the Wumpo, generally level 40 and above. Good news, though: these big beasts are passive and won't attack you on sight - so you have plenty of time to prepare before launching your assault. For the capture, bring at least one Giga Sphere.

How to breed Wumpo
If you'd rather spare these adorable creatures, breeding is an excellent alternative. The principle: build a Breeding Farm, place a Cake in it, then put in a male and a female. The offspring you get depends on the pair chosen.
To produce a Wumpo, the combinations are nearly countless. Here are a few:
- Incineram and Paladius
- Mossanda Lux and Lyleen Noct
- Digtoise and Frostallion Noct
- Anubis and Suzaku
- Felbat and Shadowbeak
- Mammorest Cryst and Jormuntide
- Kingpaca Cryst and Frostallion
- Reptyro and Reptyro Cryst
- Relaxaurus and Shadowbeak
- Gloopie Primo and Shaolong
Note
Keep in mind that a Wumpo can also hatch from a Large Frozen Egg picked up in the wild.
