Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar Inventory - How to Increase Your Storage Capacity
In brief
In Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar, the starting inventory is very limited and quickly becomes insufficient. Fortunately, Wilbur the carpenter offers backpack and home storage upgrades every Saturday at the bazaar, for a cost in gold coins.
In Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar, inventory management is one of the main challenges you'll face, as your attempt to revive the bazaar is a delicate one. Indeed, very early in the game, you'll notice that the initial storage capacity is very limited. The frustration of hitting the limit of your bag's capacity will become all the more pressing once you start gathering resources. But don't worry, it's possible to increase your inventory capacity.
"Remember that Wilbur only opens his stall on Saturday, that's the only day you'll be able to ask him for these upgrades"
At the start of the adventure, your bag's limited space doesn't seem too much of a problem. Then, the intensity of your involvement in the game's various activities leads you to realize that without additional storage space, the situation could quickly become an issue. Gathering resources is one of the game's pleasures, but once you have to carry them around, it can lead to a certain amount of frustration.

How to expand your backpack
To be able to increase the size of your personal inventory in Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar, you'll need to wait until Saturday and head to the village bazaar. This is where you'll find Wilbur, the town's carpenter, whose stall is in the bottom right corner, right next to Miguel's shop.
By talking to Wilbur, you'll get an upgrade for your backpack. You'll be able to add 24 slots to your inventory for 5,000 gold coins for the first expansion. This upgrade is a real relief, since the original inventory fills up far too quickly. However, after several hours of play, even this expanded storage may seem insufficient...
If you need more space, a second upgrade is available, bringing storage capacity up to 32 slots. This isn't free, as it will cost you 30,000 gold coins. To generate this sum, focus on growing and selling farm produce at the bazaar. Remember that Wilbur only opens his stall on Saturday, the only day you'll be able to ask him for these upgrades.

How to improve your house's storage
In addition to your backpack, you'll also be able to increase your house's storage capacity. To do this, you'll also need to speak to Wilbur. The "house" storage upgrade costs 5,000 gold coins, for 48 slots. Unlike the bag upgrade, it takes a bit longer to set up: you'll need to wait until the next in-game day to get the upgraded house.
Later on, you may need even more space, but that will cost more. The storage extension for your house is a valuable addition to avoid cluttering up space with items you don't use daily, allowing you to keep your personal inventory for everyday use in Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar.
