Speedrun Crash Course in Disney Dreamlight Valley: The step-by-step walkthrough
In brief
The 'Speedrun Crash Course' quest follows directly after 'Lunar Heroism' and asks you to gather materials for Hermes, then prepare a divine feast before testing your mobility skills with an obstacle course. This guide walks you through it step by step to finish without a hitch, optional bonus included.
The 'Speedrun Crash Course' quest triggers following 'Lunar Heroism' in Disney Dreamlight Valley. This guide will explain the steps to follow to get through it smoothly.
Start of the quest
To begin, go back to see Hercules after completing the previous quest. He will explain to you that the god of travel, Hermes, needs us. You must gather several materials to satisfy him but what would he do without you?!):
- Winged Boots
- Pegasus Feathers
Look for where Phil is. You can gather the pegasus feathers by chasing these magical creatures around the region. Then break the marble to the left of Phil to get the winged boots.

Offering to Hermes
Next, you'll be able to make a first offering at Hermes' pedestal, but, on Hercules' advice, a divine feast must be prepared for him. To make this dish, you need very special ingredients, all found in Hercules' realm:
- Aegean Delights
- Legendary Goldfish
- Greek Cheese
- Greek Fruits and Vegetables
- Giant Lettuce
To fish the Aegean delights and the legendary fish, you need to go to the pond, an area next to the training grounds. For the Greek cheese, the simplest way is to go find it in a forest, hidden behind thorns. Don't forget to pick up the giant lettuce and the Greek fruits and vegetables, they are located near the couch.
Once all the ingredients are gathered, all that's left is to use a cooking station and prepare the legendary dish.

Final offering
When you go back to see Hermes, all you have to do is offer him the meal, and he will give you the winged boots. Phil offers you a new route to test your mobility: this involves moving a box through various obstacles.
- Move the box to the left: you'll be able to bypass the first obstacles.
- Avoid the obstacles: pay attention to the dangers lurking along your path.
- Use the box as a step: at the top of the stairs, the box will serve as a step to reach the goal.
