Sekhmet Palworld 1.0: where to find it and how to use it?
In brief
Sekhmet is one of the best recruits in Palworld 1.0: this Ground-type Pal boosts Anubis by 50% in production (20% base, +30% in duo at a workstation). Easy to find in the northeast desert and catchable without insane grinding, it stands out as a must-have for an efficient crafting base.
Sekhmet is one of the most sought-after new Pals in Palworld 1.0, and for good reason. Beyond its striking design, this Earth-type Pal brings one of the best base support skills in the game by making Anubis even more effective at crafting and production. Great news: unlike other new overpowered Pals, Sekhmet isn't locked behind the World Tree.
Where to find Sekhmet
Head to the desert area in the northeast of the main map. The easiest place to look for it is the large desert surrounding the People's Militia Tower. If you're following the main storyline, you'll naturally pass through this area: the perfect opportunity to add Sekhmet to your team. It can also appear near the desert region of the World Tree, but the classic desert zones remain far more accessible.

How to capture Sekhmet
Since Sekhmet is Earth-type, bring along Grass-type Pals: their attacks deal extra damage and will help you safely bring down its health before capturing it.
Make sure to stock up on quality Spheres: Mega Spheres are the recommended minimum, but Giga Spheres offer much better odds without wasting your resources. Once Sekhmet's health is very low, keep throwing until you succeed. Be careful, though, not to accidentally finish it off: if your damage output is high, switch to weaker attacks once its health gets low.
Partner Skill and abilities
Sekhmet's whole strength comes from its Partner Skill, Empress of the Sands. Assigned to your base, it increases Anubis's work speed by 20%. Even better: if both Pals work together at a Workbench, a workshop, or another production facility, Anubis gains an additional 30% efficiency.
This makes Sekhmet one of the best support Pals for a crafting-focused base. Since Anubis is already considered one of the best workers in the game, pairing the two dramatically boosts your production speed.

Sekhmet is also an excellent worker, with Crafting level 6, Mining level 3, and Transporting level 2. Its exceptional Crafting level makes it one of the best crafting Pals in 1.0. You can further boost these levels with Work Suitability Books, making Sekhmet even more valuable over time.
How to breed Sekhmet
If you'd rather hatch it instead of scouring the desert, breeding is another option. Here are a few pairings to try: Anubis + Nyafia, Bakemi + Necromus, Ophydia + Prixter, or Moldron + Sootseer.
Whether you catch it in the dunes or obtain it through breeding, Sekhmet fully deserves a spot in your collection - both to complete your Paldeck and to build the ultimate automated base.
