Satyric Theatre Disney Dreamlight Valley: Step-by-step guide and collecting the 2 dramatic masks (comic and tragic)

In Disney Dreamlight Valley, Phil has just left the realm of Hercules to settle in your valley. Full of enthusiasm, he wants to put on a theatrical show inspired by Ancient Greece, but he needs your help to make his dream come true. This is where the Satyr Theater quest comes in, which is the subject of this guide.

Gathering resources for Goofy

To start the quest, Phil asks you to collect resources on Goofy's behalf:

• Stone (10): You can get stone by mining geological nodes in the various biomes surrounding the valley, or by buying it from Kristoff.
• Softwood (10): This material can be found on the ground around trees in areas such as the Plaza, the Peaceful Meadow, or the Forest of Valor. Kristoff sometimes sells it too.
• Sand (5): Dig in areas such as the Sunlit Plateau beach or the Glittering Dunes to find some. You can also obtain sand by clearing coral obstacles.
• Seaweed (5 units): Fish in the open waters of the main valley or in the Wild Meander area. You can also turn red seaweed into seaweed at a crafting station.

Go see Goofy to give him the resources.

Talking to Remy and preparing the Greek pizza

After helping Goofy, Phil needs an edible prop for his show. He sends you to see Remy, the valley's chef. Remy offers to prepare a dish for Phil: Greek Pizza. Here are the ingredients needed:

• Tomato
• Onion
• Wheat
• Cheese
• Spice of your choice

Gather these ingredients and cook the pizza at a cooking station. Once it's ready, bring it to Phil's house—it will surely please that grouch!

Talking to Scrooge McDuck and finding the two Theater Masks

Phil needs an actor for his show and asks you to see if Scrooge McDuck would be interested in the role. With most of the actors already chosen, Phil asks you to find some decorations for the stage. Head back to the realm of Hercules to find two theater masks:

1. Comedy Mask: A bit further up, at the base of a huge stone pillar to the right of the realm's entrance.
2. Tragedy Mask: Found under a tree to the left of the pool near the big waterfall.

Once you've found the masks, head back to the valley to continue the quest.

Create a Training Dummy

As part of his show, Phil needs a training dummy. You will need the following resources to craft it: 

• Hardwood (5 units): found around trees in the Sunlit Plateau and Forest of Valor biomes.
• Red Bellflowers (3 units): grow in the Forest of Valor.
• Red Trailing Penstemon (3 units): found in the Plaza. 

Then head to a crafting station to craft the training dummy, and speak to Phil afterward to update him on your progress.

Decorate the Stage and Invite Villagers 

Behind Phil's house, interact with the sparkles to add the training dummy as well as the theater masks to the stage. Phil wants his first show to be intimate. He therefore asks you to deliver theater invitations to three villagers: Merlin, Mickey Mouse, and Remy. Once the invitations have been delivered, join Phil to prepare the show with Scrooge McDuck.

Free Phil from His Cage 

At the end of your show, you will need to free Phil from his cage. Grab your Royal Pickaxe, and strike the cage to free him. Once he is free, talk to him to complete the Satyr Theater quest.
