In brief

In Palworld 1.0, Fruits permanently strengthen your Pals while Remedies and Elixirs boost your trainer. All of them can be crafted or found through dungeon farming, specialized merchants, and supply drops. Mastering these sources and pharmaceutical crafting transforms your progression.

In Palworld 1.0, Fruits, Remedies and Elixirs permanently increase stats. The distinction is simple: Fruits boost your Pals, while Remedies and Elixirs boost your trainer. Here's how to get them, craft them, and use them to their fullest.

Fruits: to buff up your Pals

Fruits are consumables that increase a Pal's base stats, up to a cap of 100 per stat. It takes 10 Fruits of the same type to max out a stat. There are three kinds:

  • Life Fruit - increases HP
  • Strength Fruit - increases Attack
  • Toughness Fruit - increases Defense

They're mainly obtained from raid bosses (such as Blazamut Ryu or Bellanoir Libero), from supply drops, or by buying them from certain merchants.

Remedies and Elixirs: to strengthen the trainer

On the trainer's side, there are two tiers. The Remedy offers a small boost, while the Elixir provides a much bigger boost to the same stat. Each comes in five versions:

Stat Remedy / Elixir Lotus required
Health (HP) of Vitality Life Lotus
Stamina of Energy Energy Lotus
Attack of Rage Strength Lotus
Work Speed of Effort Effort Lotus
Carrying Capacity of the Colossus Carry Lotus

Crafting Remedies and Elixirs

Crafting requires a Pharmacy Workbench: either the Electric Pharmacy Workbench or the Advanced Pharmacy Workbench, both of which run on electricity (the Electric Workbench unlocks at technology level 43).

The recipes rely on Lotus flowers and Predator Hearts, the latter dropped by predator Pals:

  • Remedy: 4 Lotus (S) + 1 Predator Heart + 50,000 gold coins
  • Elixir: 6 Lotus (L) + 2 Predator Hearts + 100,000 gold coins

Finding Lotus flowers

Lotus flowers bloom exclusively in dungeons - those caves hidden in cliffs where you fight bosses. They come in two sizes: Small (S) and Large (L). Both are classified as "Legendary" items and rank among the rarest loot: pick up every Lotus you come across.

The boss room, at the end of the dungeon, always contains one or two Lotus plants, recognizable by their color: green = Life Lotus, yellow = Energy Lotus, red = Strength Lotus, orange = Effort Lotus, purple = Carry Lotus. To craft the best Elixirs, you'll need (L) Lotus flowers, which only appear in dungeons of level 60 and above.

Farming tip

Each room resets if you enter it, head back toward the dungeon exit, then return before defeating the boss.

Other sources

Remedies and Elixirs aren't limited to crafting. You can also find them in reward chests at the end of dungeons (low chance), in supply drops, and from two types of merchants:

  • the Mysterious Merchant, lurking in remote locations like the Desolate Church, who trades their items for Dog Coins - obtained by farming Mimog, from chests, wrecks, or hackable terminals;
  • the Bounty Merchant, set up in camps, who sells items in exchange for bounty tokens earned by defeating wanted human bosses.

Finally, note that supply drops occur every 180 minutes by default, a frequency you can increase in the world settings. Between crafting, dungeon farming, and merchants, you have everything you need to methodically turn your trainer and your Pals into war machines.
