Neverness to Everness: How to Increase House Collection Level

Acquiring a house is no small matter in Neverness to Everness, it's an essential milestone you must go through. This guide explains how to buy a house, the types of houses available, and how to make the best use of them.

How do you buy a house?

To acquire a home in Neverness to Everness, you must have reached Tycoon level 5 in the city. This is achieved by engaging in various activities and earning experience points. Once you've reached the required level, head to one of the real estate agencies, marked by yellow building icons on the map.

As you approach an agent, a dialogue will appear showing the properties available for sale. All you have to do is select the apartment you want to acquire, then pay for it with your Fons (the game's currency).

Types of homes available and furnishing

In Neverness to Everness, several types of homes are available:

Each type of accommodation has its own unique character, with varying levels of comfort.

Once you've acquired the house, you need to furnish it; here are a few methods for obtaining furniture in Neverness to Everness:

• Level rewards: As you progress through the game, you can unlock rewards, including furniture.
• Exploration: Head to the alleys of Hethereau, where a few items are likely hidden...
• Shop purchases: Visit the small shops around town, or the DeLuxur Decor stores, which can be recognized by the sofa icon.
• Vending machines: Some machines can also offer decorative items along the way.
• Quests to complete: Complete certain quests to receive unique furniture.

Improving your home's comfort

Use the fast travel function to go to your property. Click the arrow at the top left of the screen to display the furniture menu. Choose the piece you want to add, then drag it to the desired location. You can also rotate the furniture to get the best arrangement. Once you're satisfied with the result, click the confirmation icon to save your changes.

Tip

Your home's comfort level can be checked via a bar located at the top of the screen, to better visualize your progress.

Inviting characters into your home

First, you need to have reached bond level 4 with the Esper you wish to invite. Click the character icon at the top of the screen to select the Esper to invite, then send them your invitation so they can come to your place.

Each apartment has its own invitation capacity, as shown in the table below:

To improve your bond with the Espers, you can give them gifts or complete their bond quests. This will increase your affinity with them, and allow you to invite more people to your home.
