In each corner of the room there's a laptop and a tablet: interact with these devices to distract the two non-playable characters. You can hack them one at a time, or use the Q-Watch to hack them remotely.

Acquiring Bond's ID bracelet

Walk past the reception desk, discreetly listen in on the HR manager near the restrooms, and once his conversation is over, use the Q-Watch to hack his phone and follow him to the helipad.

Outside, near the helicopter, pick up the lighter lying on the bench to your right, then head back to the reception desk, and go left. You can jump over the surface and hide in the tall grass. Follow the path towards the trash can, and set it on fire with the lighter.

When the trash can catches fire, the HR manager comes to investigate. Now use the Q-Watch to hack the laptop on the right. While the two NPCs are distracted, you can swipe the HR manager's phone. This will reveal that Somerset is in the restroom.

Once you have the phone, head to the restroom to strike up a conversation with Somerset through the door.

Approach the restroom door, and press the indicated button to break it down. This will knock out Somerset, allowing you to retrieve his ID bracelet.
