Heartopia Modular Street Festival: Complete Guide

Since May 9th, the Modular Streets Festival has arrived in Heartopia, offering a whole host of content, ranging from rare fish to recipes, collectibles, and unique decorations. In what follows, we'll take a look at how to unlock this event, its weekly challenges, rewards, and much more.

Unlocking the Modular Streets Festival

As soon as you first enter the game during the event, Azure calls you to let you know about the festival. If you miss this call, feel free to call them back from the missed calls section of your watch.

Before the event becomes fully accessible, Azure will ask you to find a collectible item related to the event. The quickest way is to go into the forest and catch one of the new Brick Damselflies. The color of these insects, adorned with brick patterns, is a clue that will help you identify them.

Once you've caught one, go back to see Azure, who will then give you an overview of the festival. At the top of the screen, a balloon-shaped icon appears, giving you access to weekly challenges, rewards, event missions, and the festival shop.

Weekly challenges & rewards

The Modular Streets Festival is organized into weekly phases. During the first week, only certain missions will be accessible, and other content will be unlocked as time goes on. By completing weekly missions, you'll receive Festival Points, which will raise your reward tier and unlock Stars of Happiness.

You'll notice that some rewards are free, while others are unlocked by purchasing a Festival Pack. Two types of Festival Packs are available for this event:

• €5 Festival Pack: This pack unlocks premium rewards up to level 60. You instantly receive the Brick Vanya Fishing Rod, and as you progress up to level 60, you can also receive up to 300 diamond hearts.
• €11 Festival Pack: This pack contains all the features of the cheaper version, but also boosts your festival level directly to 15, increases festival token sale prices by 10%, and unlocks exclusive decorative items.

Week 2 content

The Brick Birds are not available during the first week of the event; their availability is planned for the second week of the event, so there's no point wasting time looking for them prematurely. The following weekly phases will also feature additional mushrooms and ingredients: Enoki mushrooms and Trumpet mushrooms.

Event quests, brick tickets and festival shop

Under the Event tab, special quests are available, rewarding material packs, festival tokens, happiness stars and brick tickets. Tickets are one of the most important currencies of the event, as they allow you to take part in special activities.

Brick tickets allow you to organize brick fishing events and brick bug events, during which rare creatures can be caught. These tickets are obtained through festival quests, but can also be earned by catching Brick Damselflies. Each special event costs 20 tickets.

Festival tokens will allow you to exchange for specific decorations or cosmetics at Azure's festival shop. Blue tokens are used separately for a selection of pond or aquarium decorations...

The event will offer you several versions of brick clownfish to find off the East Sea, near Vanya. The following table summarizes the fish present along with their locations:

Tip

The colorful clownfish does not exist in the wild and can only be caught during a special brick fishing event. Make sure you're well stocked up on bait!
