Unlocking bug catching in Heartopia
To unlock bug catching, you need to reach level 6 in the Builders Association, at which point you'll receive a Passion Unlock Ticket that lets you permanently unlock one of the three available passions.
Head over to Naniwa, near the river in his garden, talk to him about the basics of bug catching, then visit the three Hobby Mentors and go back to see Naniwa with your Ticket, which you'll give him to permanently unlock bug catching.
