In brief

The "Bamboo Bash" challenge in Forza Horizon 6 asks you to destroy 30 bamboo plants to earn 3 Festival points and a Super Wheelspin. Located in the Ito region near the Arashiyama Run, this challenge can be completed in under a minute with no special requirements.

The "Bamboo Bash" challenge is part of the Autumn season of the Festival Playlist in Forza Horizon 6. It's one of the simplest collectible missions in the game: you just need to destroy 30 bamboo plants to complete it. No specific car level or particular requirements are needed, and if you know the right spot, you can pull it off in under a minute.

Where to find bamboo

Bamboo isn't marked on the map, which can make the search tricky. The best area to find some is in the Ito region, near the Arashiyama Run Speed Zone, on the border between Ito and Minamino. A dirt path winds through a dense bamboo forest, flanked by lush rows on both sides: that's exactly what you need!

How to get there

There are two ways to reach this spot, depending on your progress in the game:

  1. If the Arashiyama Run Speed Zone is already unlocked, head straight to this area by checking the map and using fast travel. It's located on the road connecting the Ito, Minamino, and Hokubu regions.
  2. If the area isn't unlocked yet, from the west of the Ito region, take the road that passes in front of the Yahikoyama Curve Speed Zone, then turn onto the dirt path that leads into the bamboo forest. You can access it without needing to unlock anything.

How to complete a Bamboo Bash

Once you're on the dirt path of the Arashiyama Run, drive back and forth cutting through the bamboo lining the road. The bamboo regrows quickly, allowing you to reach 30 destroyed plants without leaving the area. This will take less than a minute, and even under 30 seconds if you go straight for it.

Tip

All vehicle types work fine for this challenge. However, rally cars and SUVs offer better grip on this uneven terrain, which is especially helpful for keeping control and avoiding sliding out of the forest.

Rewards

As soon as you destroy the thirtieth bamboo, the challenge will automatically complete. You'll then receive 3 Festival Points and a Super Wheelspin, a nice reward for so little effort.

Warning

The Bamboo Bash challenge is time-limited and will be removed at the end of the Autumn season. Don't wait too long to complete it!
