The Spring Fling Festival in Disney Dreamlight Valley offers several challenges, including the Bamboo Fountain puzzle. Let's see together how to solve it without any hassle.

Puzzle objective

The objective of this puzzle is to restore the Bamboo Fountain by gathering the necessary materials, which will require exploring certain areas of the island and interacting with various elements of the scenery.

Materials required for the repair

To restore the Bamboo Fountain, you need to gather three kinds of materials: Spring Bamboo, Hardwood, and Softwood.

Spring Bamboo

• Quantity required: 20 units
• Location: around the tent area and near the training dummies (Spring Bamboo is exclusive to the event island).

Hardwood

• Quantity to gather: 99 units
• Where to find it: Hardwood is found near trees in several biomes such as the Forest of Valor, the Sunlit Plateau, the Glade of Trust, and the Frosted Heights. If you have access to Wishblossom Ranch, it can also be collected around the Fairy Plains. Kristoffle sometimes sells it, or it can be obtained by clearing tree stumps.

Softwood

• Quantity to gather: 99 units
• Where to find it: Softwood is harvested near trees in areas like the Plaza, the Peaceful Meadow, the Forest of Valor, and the Glade of Trust. If you own the A Rift in Time DLC, you'll also find it around the Quays, the Courtyard, the Observatory, and the Ruins. As with Hardwood, it can be purchased from Kristoff, and you can also get it by clearing tree stumps.

Steps to solve the puzzle and rewards

Approach the Bamboo Fountain and interact with it to deposit the materials; you'll be able to do so gradually, or deposit everything at once once all the resources have been acquired.

After repairing the Bamboo Fountain, you'll be rewarded with its spring equivalent, the Spring Bamboo Fountain, a piece of furniture that will decorate your space with fresh spring colors similar to the original.
