Storming the iron barrier

Having gained new abilities, Khan invites you to leave the eastern edge of the Cashmere Parks near the quarry, not far from the cave where you met Cruella, to use his special ability and destroy the barrier blocking the entrance to the Fashion Swamp. Then enter this biome.

Continue east to the boundary, and slightly to the north, you will find the iron barrier of the Fairy Glade: this is your chance to use Khan's upgraded ability to destroy this passage in order to open the way to this new region.

First meeting with Tigger

Upon entering the Fairy Glade, move a little further into the biome to trigger the discovery cutscene. You will meet Tigger, who suddenly appears to surprise you before bouncing off happily.

To catch up with Tigger, you'll need to make your way through the vast Ice Cream Shores region, and when you see a path branching off to your right, take it. Following this path, you'll arrive at a waterfall, and just before reaching it, a fork to the left will lead you to the Bluebell Fields in the Fairy Glade.

Freeing Tigger

In the Bluebell Fields, move forward a bit, then turn sharply right when a hollow tree trunk appears in front of you. After going through it, continue straight ahead until you spot a colorful orange and green tree, with Tigger perched on it, waiting for you.

Once back with him, you'll notice that he did indeed land in the tree and that he's panicking. Use your phone in the tool wheel to take a photo of this troubling phenomenon...

Tinker Bell's intervention

To help Tigger get down, head to the Heart of Florester and find Tinker Bell, who is located at the stone arch giving access to this place between the bridge leading to the Florester Ranch and the bridge leading to the Wishing Way.

Tinker Bell offers to upgrade your royal pickaxe so you can break the letters of the word "Help" into a ladder that will allow Tigger to come down. To make this upgrade, you'll need several ingredients found in Pixie Acres.

Gathering the magic ingredients

Visit the Fairy Glade to gather the following ingredients:

• Two yellow lily of the valley
• Two blue lily of the valley
• Two pink lily of the valley
• Two star fruit

These plants and fruits grow naturally in the various areas of the Fairy Glade: Ice Cream Shores, Honey Falls, Bluebell Fields, Fairy Plain. Go back to Tinker Bell once you've collected all the ingredients to hand them over.

Using the upgraded pickaxe

With your upgraded royal pickaxe, you must go back to the tree where Tigger is stuck. Bring your royal pickaxe and destroy the word "Help". There's another one near the hollow tree trunk you already went through, and a last one in the southwest corner of the area.

Go back to the tree and interact with it to build a ladder. Talk to Tigger to have him say other words, since you don't have enough letters to reach him.

Snow White's sweet solution

Find Snow White at the Ranch to ask for her opinion. She suggests you could make Tigger say a different word, starting with "H", by cooking him a honey-based dish.

Preparing honey pancakes

Tinker Bell will give you the recipe for honey pancakes. This three-star dish requires fairly simple ingredients:

• A honey coral (fished from the white-circled water spots in the Fairy Glade)
• A wheat (grown from seeds bought at Goofy's stall)
• An egg (from Tiana's or Remy's pantry)

Once the honey pancakes are made, bring them to Tigger (in his tree). His reaction will be rather unexpected: displeased by your attempt to give him honey, he repeats the word several times, quite vehemently...

Freeing Tigger

Walk around the area and break the word "Honey" 3 times to progress. You'll need to go back through the hollow tree trunk to the lower area to find two of them.

Once all three occurrences of the word are broken, go back to Tigger's tree, and interact with it to stack the newly obtained letters. Tigger will finally be able to come down, and by talking to him, you will complete the Bounce Up, Never Down quest.
