How to unlock Lumiere and Big Ben in Disney Dreamlight Valley
You need to completely finish the "A Guide to Better Maintaining Your Castle" quest. First go out into the garden then approach the cellar door not far from the entrance to retrieve the cutlery sets, before going back up to the table near the piano to place the cutlery set there. Then talk to Lumiere, who asks you to prepare a charcuterie platter by gathering the ingredients scattered around the castle.
