NTE (Neverness to Everness): Fons Rush, how to double your gains from August 10 to 17

Since Monday, August 10 in the morning, NTE is running the "Fons Rush" event, which doubles the Fons earned in Hethereau's Hobbies. It runs from August 10 at 05:00 to August 17 at 04:59, server time, and the doubling applies to the Urban Stamina you spend, up to a limit of 700 points. On the Europe server, this corresponds to Monday, August 10 at 06:00 and Monday, August 17 at 05:59, Paris time.

The timing is no coincidence. Urban Stamina doesn't regenerate hour by hour: it resets to full once a week, on Monday at 05:00 server time. The event therefore opens exactly when your weekly gauge is full and closes when it recharges. You'll only have one reserve to convert.

And this is the last useful opportunity before the end of version 1.2. The "Neon Rift" Mystery Box, which requires 11,750,000 Fons for its fifteen boxes, closes on August 18 at 23:59, Paris time, a few hours before the arrival of 1.3. Here's how to turn 700 points of Urban Stamina into roughly 1.4 million Fons without wasting a single one.

What the Fons Rush doubles, and what it doesn't

The mechanic is narrower than it appears, and that's where most players lose money. The bonus only applies to Fons, within Hethereau's Hobbies, and to Urban Stamina actually consumed. Three cumulative filters.

• Explicit exclusion of official ratings: Fons earned from Races > Challenge are not doubled. If races are your Monday reflex, change that this week.
• Hobbies that don't cost Urban Stamina are not affected. According to GameWith and Game8's data, this is the case for Pink Paws Heist, Fisherman, Little Sparrow, and Tetrominoes: save these for when your gauge is empty.
• The cap is 700 points, not 700,000 Fons. Beyond 700 points spent, everything returns to the normal rate.

The conversion rate, meanwhile, is remarkably stable: community databases converge on roughly 1,000 Fons per point of Urban Stamina, regardless of the hobby. The game balances the yield, not the time spent. In concrete terms, 700 points are worth about 700,000 Fons normally and 1,400,000 Fons this week. So the choice of hobby doesn't change your total earnings, only how long you'll spend getting there.

The exact schedule to remember

Watch out for the trap: the next recharge falls one minute after the event ends. So the new gauge won't be doubled. The Americas and Asia servers have their own time zones, but the principle is identical.

Step one: check your Urban Stamina cap

Not everyone can spend 700 points. The cap depends on your tycoon level — the urban simulation system that the French client abbreviates this way right in the description of the Urban Stamina item.

In other words, the event's cap of 700 points was calibrated exactly to match the reserve of an account at tycoon level 23. If you're at that level, your Monday refill covers the bonus point for point. Below that, part of the bonus mechanically slips away from you, and that's the only case where buying back Urban Stamina is worth considering.

Where to spend your 700 points, ranked by speed

Since the yield per point is identical everywhere, the only criterion that matters is the actual time spent burning through the gauge.

City Delivery: the biggest chunk in one session

This is the hobby that absorbs the most Urban Stamina at once: around fifty points per session, and over 8,000 Fons per delivery depending on your professional rating. It requires tycoon level 8, a café whose management level has already been upgraded, and sufficiently comfortable housing (per Game8's findings).

Two habits change everything: aiming for a professional rating of 90 or above, and remembering that redoing a failed delivery doesn't cost extra Urban Stamina. The time limits are generous: prioritize the cargo's condition over raw speed.

Owner Selection: the best time-to-Fons ratio

The mini-game for managing your café is by far the fastest. Each stage offers three stars, each one consuming Urban Stamina for about 2,000 Fons, and Game8 measures roughly 12,000 Fons for 12 points in one minute of play. Quit as soon as you get all three stars: beyond that, there's nothing more to gain from the stage.

Fast Travel: the all-purpose solution

Get behind the wheel of a taxi, pick up a passenger, drop them off. Unlocked from tycoon level 3, requiring no preparation, and consuming Urban Stamina in small doses: perfect for finishing off a gauge sitting at 40 or 60 points. The rhythm mini-game is another very fast option, but its title has no published French localization and appears under its English name, "Super Sound."

Life Skills, the multiplier almost nobody activates

This is the real lever of the week, and it's almost entirely absent from French guides. Every character has Life Skills, classified under the "Shop" or "Other" categories, which directly modify hobby yields. They're leveled up in ranks, independently of combat, and a well-chosen rank 3 is worth more than ten extra minutes of play.

Two remarks worth their weight in gold. All characters reduce ingredient consumption by 1% at ranks 2 and 4: leveling up any employee to rank 4 lightens your restocking needs. And the most profitable trio for the Owner's Selection is Lacrimosa + Baicang + Menthe: the first one's express dish, the second one's combo safety net, and the third one's tips stack up neatly together.

Should you buy back Urban Endurance with Annulith?

The game allows up to ten recharges per week, at 100 Annulith for 100 points. This week, 100 Annulith therefore becomes 200,000 Fons instead of 100,000. The answer depends entirely on your tycoon level.

• At level 23 or above: not worth it. Your gauge of 700 already covers the entire cap, and any points bought beyond that revert to the standard rate.
• Between levels 10 and 22: arithmetically worthwhile, since every point bought back up to 700 is worth double. An account capped at 350 can thus buy 350 more to max out the bonus.

A common-sense reminder, however: Annulith remains the pull currency, and the Zankou banner opens on August 19th. Spending 350 Annulith this week means that many fewer pulls in nine days.

What these Fons will actually be used for before August 19th

Farming without a goal is pointless. Three purchases justify the effort in the short term.

• The "Neon Rift" Mystery Box, closed on August 18 at 11:59 PM Paris time. The total of the fifteen boxes reaches 11,750,000 Fons, with a price climbing from 50,000 Fons for the first to 2,200,000 for the last. The limited-edition Draco vehicle, a motorcycle, cannot drop from the first five boxes and is only guaranteed on the fifteenth.
• The "Tomato Sprint" and "Rose & Violet" paint jobs for the Porsche 918 Spyder, available for either 980 rift crystals or 3,000,000 Fons. They remain permanently in the shop: paying in Fons is the smart choice to save your crystals.
• Version 1.3, on August 19. The Sirocco buggy will be purchasable directly with Fons, and the Stillmeadow house, in Miguel's district, will open up a cultivable plot whose harvest can be resold for Fons via Urban Stamina. These elements come from the special program of August 8 and do not yet appear in the French patch notes.

After 1.3, two more economic events are announced: "Stamina Recharge" from August 24 to 31, which this time doubles the efficiency of Urban Stamina consumed in Hobbies — a mechanic distinct from this week's —, then "Gold Rush" from August 31 to September 14, which doubles the Fons earned from the Pink Paws Heist. The next "Fons Rush" is not expected until September 21 to 28. These three dates come from the 1.3 special program and have not yet been included in the French patch notes.

This week's plan

Start by leveling up Lacrimosa, Baicang, and Menthe's Life Skills to rank 3: this is the investment that makes everything else worthwhile. Then move on to Owner's Selection if you're short on time, or City Delivery to clear the gauge in a single session. Save the Pink Paws Heist, the Fisherman, and the Tetrominoes for after your 700 points: they pay out the same with or without the event.

One last tip: empty the gauge before August 17 at 5:59 AM Paris time. Urban Stamina doesn't carry over from one week to the next — it disappears on recharge. Every point left unused this week means 2,000 Fons lost instead of 1,000.
