What are Necrolei cysts?

Necrolei cysts are essential resources in several crafting recipes, starting with strong acid, which is itself an essential component of many items.

Necrolei cysts can be found at the abandoned base, to the north of your survival pod. By heading in that direction, about 250 meters as the crow flies (or swims, in your case), then approaching an ecosystem of green and pink coral, you'll discover, among other things, green plant bulbs with blue flowers. Using your survival multi-tool, you'll be able to break these plants and collect Necrolei cysts.

Crafting strong acid

Crafting it relies on setting up a transformer, which you can find in the abandoned base. To access it, look for a hole beneath its base. Inside, you'll find several damaged transformers. All you need to do is scan them to unlock the crafting blueprints for your own transformer, which you can then build at your base.

To craft a transformer, you'll need the following materials:

• Titanium (2 units)
• Mild acid (1 unit)
• Copper wire (1 unit)

Generally, you should find titanium easily. On the other hand, copper wire is mostly found in caves. Mild acid requires copper and acid Raion pods, which you collect from acid Raion plants.
