You'll first need to unlock the Surface, then you'll have to cross several successive areas:

  • the City of Ephyra
  • the Rift of Thessaly
  • Mount Olympus

Finally, once you reach the Summit, look for silvery-green scale plates on the ground, with an edging of branches or vines emerging from them: this is where you'll find the Scales you want to obtain.
