Blue Prince Solarium Puzzle: Complete Solution

In Blue Prince, riddles and puzzles make up a significant part of the game. The Mora Jai box in the Solarium is arguably one of the hardest, and most original. If you're stuck on it, don't worry, we've prepared a guide that will give you all the details to get through this challenge and discover the rewards it holds.

Blue Prince is scattered with small enigmatic boxes throughout the house, each housing a set of colored blocks with varying behaviors. To make good progress, it's therefore important to understand how to manipulate these blocks in order to place them correctly. For the Solarium box, you'll need to put green in each of the four corners in order to open it.

Solving the Solarium's Mora Jai box puzzle

The Solarium's Mora Jai box features a grid of nine squares, each of which can hold a different colored block. In this particular puzzle, you'll find three types of blocks with distinct behaviors: green blocks, yellow blocks, and gray blocks.

If the green block is in the center (square 5), then it won't move if you click on it.

• Green blocks work on a principle of opposition. When you click on a green block, it swaps position with the block located in the opposite spot on the grid. For example, a green block in position 1 will swap with the one in position 9, while a block in position 7 will swap with the one in position 3. Positions 2 and 8 are likewise opposite, as are positions 4 and 6.
• Yellow blocks move one square upward when clicked on.
• Gray blocks don't move and don't react when selected.

To solve this puzzle, you therefore need to bring the yellow blocks between the left and right columns. While several methods exist, we recommend performing the sequence of clicks on the blocks in the following order. Once the puzzle is completed, the chest opens to give you an allocation token that will increase your daily allocation in Blue Prince. After taking this token, the chest will no longer reappear in the Solarium once the day is over.
