GTA Online teases summer update The Kortz Center Heist

With the Kortz Center Heist, Rockstar will offer prime content for GTA Online this summer, a DLC mainly centered around robbing an art museum perched high above Pacific Bluffs. The heist unfolds in several stages, in the style of the Cayo Perico heist, and can be carried out solo or with others, to steal artworks deemed "priceless" on display at the Kortz Center.

Set for July 14, 2026, this update is free like the rest of GTA Online's economy. But it demands a hefty investment of in-game GTA$. Players will need to acquire a new mansion and its key extension, the art studio, considered the headquarters for planning the heist, in order to choose between several approaches. It will be possible to carry out the mission via stealthy infiltration, or armed assault for the more adventurous, but also by varying entry methods, equipment, or extractions.

Rockstar also hints at post-launch events, "exceptional" discounts related to the mansion, and a Fine Art Collector program allowing players to unearth rare collectible pieces that can be sold for a hefty sum. Enough to boost the online adventure of heisters until the release of GTA 6, all while refreshing the heist formula by more explicitly targeting the black market for art.
