Crimson Desert has received an emergency patch 1.01.02, rolled out on March 30, 2026, focused on graphics and performance fixes, following recent updates.

This hotfix comes after the major patch 1.01.00 (March 29), which added 5 new summonable mounts, reduced loading times for fast travel and resurrections, improved character and horse movement, optimized stamina consumption while flying, adjusted the jump dive with a new animation, and added features such as instant crafting and quick storage at camp. Improvements to mining and harvesting were also included.

The hotfix 1.01.01 (March 30) fixed bugs related to mount amulets for Damiane and Oongka, the disappearance of the Blackstar after death, and the destruction of the A.T.A.G..

1.01.02 specifically targets graphics issues: image quality improvements with DLSS and NVIDIA Ray Reconstruction on PC (Steam), stability optimizations and crash fixes across all platforms. The update is available immediately on Steam, with a rollout on consoles underway. Pearl Abyss continues fine-tuning for a smoother experience!
