Mega City Force will release at this time in France on August 21

Mark your calendar for 6:00 PM Paris time on Friday, August 21, 2026. That's the time announced by publisher Ravenage Games for the worldwide unlocking of Mega City Force on consoles, timed to 9:00 AM in Los Angeles (PDT).

The announced schedule is unique and global: no staggered release has been announced between the PS Store, the Xbox Store and the Nintendo eShop. All five versions (PS4/PS5, Xbox One/Xbox Series X|S, Switch) should therefore become playable at the same moment everywhere in the world, according to each player's local time zone.

No information about pre-loading has been communicated by the studio at this stage. Given the game's format - a fairly lightweight retro beat'em up technically, inherited from its 2023 PC release - the size on the hard drive shouldn't be an issue.
