Monuments Renovator launches on PlayStation 5 on Tuesday, September 1st, for €14.99. Ultimate Games S.A. confirmed the date in a press release issued on August 30th. The game had until now been exclusive to PC, where it has been available since March 2024.
What there is to restore
A first-person restoration simulation: players take on the role of a professional conservator, worksite by worksite. The Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Luxor, Machu Picchu and the Pont du Gard are among the monuments on offer — two French sites out of five, which is rare in this very Polish genre.
The tasks are concrete: cleaning surfaces, rebuilding walls and roofs, restoring frescoes, fitting out interiors. A documentary layer tells the history and architecture of each site as the work progresses.
Ahead of the release
No pre-order has been announced, no special edition: a single version, at a single price. Expect to set aside 6 GB on the drive. The text is translated into French, as on PC. No Xbox or Switch release has been mentioned by the publisher at this stage.
