Halloween: The Game - Finding the 3 Loomis Tapes in Chapter 5

Chapter 5 of Halloween: The Game is all about the escape. The official objective: leave town without getting caught. But if you're a completionist at heart, there are still 3 Loomis Tapes to grab before you go, all hidden in locations you've already visited earlier in the story.

Unlike the first four chapters, which only offered 2 each, this one lines up 3, just like the previous chapter.

Warning

You can't pick up Chapter 4's collectibles here, even though the map is identical. Each tape is tied to its original chapter and doesn't reappear afterward. Miss it in Chapter 4, and it's gone for good.

Loomis Tape #1: Annie's Bedroom

Head back to the Wallace house, the one where you watched Annie, Bob, and Lynda. A glow marks the collectible's location on the nightstand. Except the game has a little bug here: the glow is visible, but the item itself has teleported near the window.

If you see the glow shining but can't interact with it, don't waste time searching around the nightstand. Go straight to the room's window, that's where the tape is actually floating, ready to be picked up.

Loomis Tape #2: Laurie's House

The house you just fled from is also hiding a new collectible. The area is crawling with cops, so keep an eye on the moving red dot on your map: that's Dr. Loomis patrolling, and you have no interest in crossing his path.

A small change from the previous chapter: in Chapter 4, the tape was sitting on the dining table. This time, it's moved to a different piece of furniture in the same room, over to a small table in the corner.

Loomis Tape #3: The House Across from the Basketball Court

On the map, spot the basketball court to the north of the neighborhood. Just to the east, there's a house Michael can access. Once again, the area is swarming with patrols around the parks and the court. The best move to avoid them: go around via the street to the east rather than crossing straight through.

Once inside, head up to the main ground floor and go into the living room, on the front-facing side. In the corner of the room, behind the couch, there's a buffet cabinet. The last collectible is sitting quietly on one of its shelves.
