About World of Warcraft Midnight
World of Warcraft Midnight is the eleventh expansion of Blizzard Entertainment's flagship MMORPG, released on March 2, 2026. It is the second chapter of the Worldsoul Saga, following The War Within, and will precede The Last Titan.
The main setting is the elven kingdom of Quel'Thalas, divided between the Eversong Woods, Zul'Aman, Harandar and the Voidstorm; the capital Silvermoon serves as the central hub. The launch patch introduces the first raid, a brand-new Mythic+ season, a playable High Elf race and a visual rework of the Hunter class.
All of World of Warcraft's historic mechanics remain available: Mythic+ dungeons, seasonal raids, arena and battleground PvP, professions, transmog, mount collection. Midnight is included in the standard monthly WoW subscription.
