About Splatoon Raiders
Splatoon Raiders is a solo spin-off of the Splatoon franchise, designed by Nintendo EPD for Nintendo Switch 2. Gone are the PvP arenas: here we play as an Inkling or Octoling mechanic recruited by Deep Cut to hunt for treasure on the Spirhalite Islands while fending off waves of Salmonids with blasts of ink.
The gameplay retains the essence of Splatoon's DNA - ink shooting, mobility across inked surfaces, a wide arsenal ranging from shooters to rollers - and adds deep loadout customization: skill points to allocate to fire rate, power, or HP.
A 4-player co-op mode (local or online) rounds out the experience, with a boss scaled to the number of participants. Aimed at both longtime fans and the curious who were put off by competitive multiplayer and are looking to expand their Switch 2 game library.
