OD

OD is a horror game designed by Kojima Productions and published by Xbox Game Studios. This unique project is directed, produced and co-written by Hideo Kojima in collaboration with director Jordan Peele. It relies on Microsoft Azure's cloud gaming technology to offer an experience that's hard to categorize, oscillating between video game and film.

The cast includes actors such as Sophia Lillis, Hunter Schafer and Udo Kier, who occupy central roles in this production. The 2023 teasers and the 2025 "Knock" trailer showcase an aesthetic inspired by psychological horror. The game uses the Unreal Engine 5 graphics engine.

OD is aimed at those seeking an original adventure, at the crossroads of video game experimentation and cinematic anthology. Its development began in 2021, but no release date has been announced yet.
