Seeker Eye

覗怪 (Seeker Eye) is an occult adventure announced by MAGES. on August 27, 2026. The team is the one behind the Science Adventure series — Steins;Gate, Chaos;Child — but the approach is reversed: where those games explained the world's mysteries through logic and science, this one settles into the supernatural that science cannot cover.

The story originates from an in-house kaidan, 「赤い屋根の家」 ("The Ghost Story of the Red Roof House"), published on the publisher's horror channel in November 2024. The announced concept spills fiction into reality: the player who reads or listens to the story becomes in turn contaminated by the supernatural. Fumihiro Kitahara created the concept, Ryou Yasumoto wrote the screenplay and Takeshi Abo composed the music. The release is announced for winter 2026 on PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch, in Japan only: no localization or Western release has been announced. The game is rated CERO D.
