Kingdom Hearts IV

The fourth main installment of the Disney–Square Enix saga, Kingdom Hearts IV picks up where Kingdom Hearts III left off: Sora wakes up in Quadratum, a metropolis with a contemporary feel far removed from the Destiny Islands, while Donald and Goofy set off to find him near the Underworld.

The game keeps the keyblade and the action-RPG system of the series, with reworked combat and visuals now running on Unreal Engine 5. The Disney side remains part of the program: the world of Coco, unveiled at D23 2026, was the first to be confirmed, and Donald, Goofy and Mickey become playable in certain sequences — a first for the series.

Announced for 2027 on PS5, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC, it is offered in French, subtitles and interface, with English and Japanese voice acting.
