Fable

In a recreated Albion, Fable will follow the journey of a hero at the start of their career, living in an open world full of humor and difficult choices. We owe all this to the expertise of Playground Games (the team behind Forza Horizon); this reboot immediately picks up the aesthetic style of Lionhead Studios, blending classic action-RPG with biting satire.

Wield sword and spells in combat that remains just as fluid, punctuated by brutal finishing moves or well-placed ranged shots. Your reputation (shaped by every moral choice, from theft to charity to the treachery of a bloody act) alters alliances, appearance and destiny. Fully customize your avatar, explore bustling villages or mystical forests, build your empire or ruin the lives of your rivals. Will you get a happy ending in the end? Nothing is less certain. Fable is planned for autumn 2026, and should arrive day one on Game Pass.
