Company of Heroes 3: Final Stand

Company of Heroes 3: Final Stand is a standalone spin-off of the Company of Heroes franchise, developed by Relic Entertainment. The concept: survive 12 waves of increasingly aggressive enemies, bosses with designs unique to the game, and dynamic events that change the rules with each run.

The core of the gameplay relies on a classic roguelite system - you build your battlegroup by picking random units and abilities after each wave, and no two runs are alike. On the menu, four playable factions (US Forces, Wehrmacht, British Forces, Deutsches Afrikakorps), persistent progression trees per faction, and an Endless mode for masochists.

You don't need to own Company of Heroes 3 to play it. The game is accessible to newcomers, but clearly tailored for those who already know the franchise and want replayability focused on the defensive.
