Valheim Liquid Frost: Crafting and Uses
If you're playing Valheim 1.0, you've probably already come across Liquid Frost. It's one of the most important resources in the game, but it can't be found directly on the map: you have to produce it from the right ingredients before you can use it. Here's how to craft it, then use it.

How to craft Liquid Frost
To produce Liquid Frost, you first need to craft a Frost Kiln. If you're just starting out on this step, head to the Deep North biome. Once there, you'll need to gather 10 Frost Hearts, along with other materials such as Stone and Ice.
Once the Frost Kiln is built, harvest Ice - plentiful in the Deep North - and place it inside. The kiln then converts the resource into Liquid Frost, at a rate of 5 Liquid Frost for 25 Ice.
As always, you can also use an admin command to create the resource. It takes the fun out of it, but it remains an option if you're really in a hurry.

How to use Liquid Frost
The 1.0 update for Valheim introduced several new crafting stations, including the Frost Foundry. Once you have your Liquid Frost in hand, you can use it as fuel to power this Frost Foundry.
The station then allows you to produce a wide variety of resources with various uses. Since there's an enormous amount to craft, make sure you always keep a steady stock of Liquid Frost at your base - and, by extension, a steady stock of Ice.
