TARAE: The Unbound

An oriental dark fantasy action-RPG developed by the Korean studio Boundary and published by KRAFTON, revealed at gamescom 2026. The game takes place on Taegwido, an island born from the collapse of the borders between six kingdoms, and offers six classes with distinct combat styles and builds.

The studio emphasizes demanding close-quarters combat and online co-op, set against an aesthetic that draws on Korean folklore rather than European medieval imagery. That's the gamble that sets TARAE apart from the wave of action-RPGs released in the wake of the Souls games.

No release date has been announced. The Steam page currently only lists English and Korean, both voiced: no French version is planned at this stage.
