Minecraft Dungeons II

A direct sequel to Minecraft Dungeons, Minecraft Dungeons II is a hack'n'slash action-RPG that sports a much darker and more hostile cubic aesthetic than its predecessor. Developed by Mojang Studios, it abandons the marked-out corridors of the first installment in favor of an organic, interwoven world spanning new biomes - including the Deep Dark Entrance, lit by bioluminescence.

The gameplay is significantly enriched: the addition of jumping restores verticality to combat, built around diving attacks and shockwaves against crowds. The equipment system is expanded (four-piece armor, passive talismans, weapons with special mechanics) to allow for advanced builds and Tank, Healer and DPS roles in co-op.

Four-player multiplayer, both local couch co-op and online, is included, with native matchmaking and instanced loot to boot. Available day one on Xbox Game Pass, the title targets both Minecraft fans and those who enjoy accessible Diablo-likes.
