Turok: Origins

Turok: Origins is a third-person shooter developed and published by Saber Interactive, with a first-person view option. The sixth installment of a historic franchise born at Acclaim in the 1990s, it marks the return of the license with a resolutely modern approach.

Players take on the role of a member of the Order of Turok, mystical guardians thrown into the Lost Lands to contain, on one hand, a horde of ferocious dinosaurs, and on the other, a galactic-scale alien invasion. The arsenal blends classic futuristic weapons (plasma rifle, sniper, shotgun, etc.) with experimental alien technologies, all complemented by powers unlockable via an Echoes system.

The game will offer online co-op, placing it in the middle ground between an old-school solo action shooter and a modern co-op experience, with its target audience consisting of fans of the original license and players looking for a fast-paced action shooter in an unabashed prehistoric sci-fi setting!
