Trine 6: Together in Time

Trine 6: Together in Time revisits the series' formula: a platformer and physics-puzzle game where you alternate between heroes with complementary abilities, alone or with up to four players in co-op, both locally and online. Puzzles are solved by stacking conjured crates, freezing water or using a grappling hook — often in several ways, something the series has always embraced.

This installment adds two distinct ways of approaching these puzzles, one open-ended and the other built around specific abilities, and you can switch from one to the other without losing your progress. Frozenbyte, the Finnish studio that created the series, develops the game; Cooldown Games publishes it. The release, initially planned for September 2026, has been pushed back to March 4, 2027 following a private test.
