About Starfield

Developed by Bethesda Game Studios, Starfield is a space RPG set in the future in 2330. It puts the player in the shoes of a miner who discovers a mysterious artifact, and must explore over a thousand planets and numerous star systems.

With gameplay blending free spaceship exploration, ground combat, ship crafting integration and crew management, Starfield is a classic RPG with narrative quests, initially released in 2023 on Xbox Series X/S and PC. The PS5 version, releasing on April 7, 2026, incorporates the substantial Free Lanes (new weapons, vehicles, companions), the Terran Armada expansion, as well as PS5 Pro optimizations (PSSR and DLSS 5), giving this Galaxy must-play a second chance.
