Black Ops 7: Season 6 wraps up the cycle before Warfare
In brief
Season 6 of Black Ops 7 closes out the content cycle with two new multiplayer maps, a groundbreaking T.E.D.D. Trials mode blending Zombies and competition, and most notably the Doom crossover dominating the Halloween event. Warzone welcomes its own nighttime variant while the weapon meta will shift with the free arrival of the TR51 Para and VMP.
Final stretch for Black Ops 7 and Warzone. Season 6 closes out the content cycle with a mix of solid multiplayer additions and a Halloween event that's stealing the spotlight: the Doom crossover. For the full details on times and dates, head over to our dedicated article.

On the multiplayer side, two new 6v6 maps are arriving: Quantum, a Guild facility in the Arctic, and Bloodstead, a gory, zombified variant of Homestead. The real structural change is T.E.D.D. Trials, which brings Zombies maps into multiplayer with the Ray Gun and randomized objectives. Hordepoint is also making its comeback in a Haunting version: neutral zombies become temporary allies for whichever team holds the point, radically changing how you read the classic Hardpoint mode. For the competitive player, the arrival of the TR51 Para and the VMP as free battle pass tiers is bound to shake up the meta in the first few weeks, even before the two weapons unlockable via challenges later in the season.

On the Zombies side, the storyline wrapped up with Rex Infernus last season, but Treyarch is adding a Tenshu survival map and confirming a super Easter egg, with a teaser showing access to Warden as an unlockable operator. Full details are still missing.

In Warzone, Haunted Hollow - a nighttime variant of Haven's Hollow with a ghost train and creatures - comes alongside a 64-player Giant Infected. The Doom crossover, meanwhile, arrives a bit later in the season and brings a paid event track with it. It remains to be seen whether the community will welcome this end of cycle or find it too tame compared to previous seasons.
