Tides of Annihilation

Tides of Annihilation puts the player in the shoes of Gwendolyn, the sole survivor of a supernatural invasion that has literally fractured London. A solo third-person action-adventure game, it blends a contemporary urban setting with Arthurian imagery: spectral knights, hordes from another dimension, and bosses drawn straight from the legend of the Round Table.

Developed on Unreal Engine 5 by Eclipse Glow Games, the title displays serious visual ambitions, with graphical optimizations specifically announced for PS5. The approach - grafting Excalibur and Merlin onto a London in ruins - clearly stands apart from classic Arthurian RPGs set in medieval fantasy worlds.
