Qliphah in Providence's Shadow sets its scene in a devastated Tokyo where reality crumbles and creatures named Aberrations haunt the ravaged avenues. You follow Souma, a half-contaminated delivery man, and Rena, an investigator from a specialized division, on a hunt for the demonic drug Tiny True and the Stigmas that mark youth right on their bodies. This is a tactical RPG centered around a timeline: every action or blow dealt can be read in advance, and it's up to you to schedule skills, counters and buffs to break the rhythm of enemy offensives and chain combos. The pace can shift from a calm, cerebral framework to an almost polished action-game flow.
