Nodusfall

Nodusfall marks a clean break for HoYoverse: gone is the anime style and the Unity engine, replaced by a realistic dark fantasy built on Unreal Engine 5. The player takes on the role of a "Weaver", in a world where divine authority has collapsed and order has given way.

The game is played in co-op: it involves tracking down and slaying colossal creatures, the "Dreadnodus", by coordinating attacks and stamina management. The press immediately saw it as a crossover between Elden Ring and Monster Hunter. Revealed at the Opening Night Live of gamescom 2026, the game has neither a release date nor announced platforms, and its official website only exists in English, Japanese and simplified Chinese.
