Magicians: The Devil's Deal

Magicians: The Devil's Deal is, despite its name, a narrative FPS in which stage magic stops being mere illusion and becomes a deadly weapon. In the role of Jacob Menteuro, a fallen illusionist entangled in a pact with the Devil and cast into a Hell where the world is the Theater, you roam blazing backstages, shifting stages, and baroque sets where every confrontation is a deadly magic trick. Lightning-fast teleportations, misdirection, tangled traps; you steal the powers of your rival magicians and reassemble your own arsenal. The heavily staged narrative hammers home both a dramaturgy of spectacular combat and Jacob's moral choices in the face of his pact with hell.
