Based in Zaragoza, Spain, Sidral Games is a young emerging independent studio fascinated by atypical game mechanics and a retro style. Distanced from the major traditional development hubs, all the members of the team favor human-scale projects, where every game system is designed to surprise the player, following orientations as varied as the use of a diverted control scheme, the implementation of a minimalist gameplay loop, or the acceptance of an unexpected design twist... Visually, the studio claims an appeal for pixel-art, restricted color palettes and 8 to 16-bit iconography modernized through minimalist interfaces and a strong art direction.
