About

Lightbulb Crew is the French studio behind Othercide, a dark tactical RPG released in 2020 that caught the eye of part of the specialized press thanks to its chiaroscuro art direction and its demanding turn-based combat system. The studio has built a reputation on a specific niche: punitive, roguelite tactical strategy, carried by a strong visual identity and an oppressive atmosphere.

With Ex Sanguis, currently in development and planned for Early Access on Steam, the team remains true to this signature: black-and-white contrasts swept through with the red of blood, tactical combat with spatial and timeline effects, and a roguelite loop adapted to turn-based play.
