Lancarse
About
Founded in 2006, the Japanese video game development company Lancarse has notably been called upon for production or co-development projects on consoles and handhelds. The studio has thus managed to make a name for itself, particularly thanks to tactical RPGs and role-playing games focused on systemic mechanics, by regularly taking part in productions alongside major publishers. It is notably responsible for The DioField Chronicle, as well as its contributions to franchises such as Persona Q2 and Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey, but 2026 sees the studio back in the media spotlight thanks to Final Fantasy Resonance, where it is credited as co-developer alongside Square Enix and the Asano team.
